mixed bag experience
poor air conditioning unhelpful staff
air conditioning was terrible. the room temperature stayed at 24 degrees. they didn't give me a fan either. also, i heard someone screaming down the corridor for hours. the front desk didn't even seem concerned about it.

mixed feelings about this stay
inadequate bathroom absent water
the room i received felt quite cramped. specifically, the bathroom proved to be inadequately sized. one morning, the water supply was completely absent. i found they provided little more than brief apologies without attempting to rectify the problem or offering any incentive to return. overall, this significantly detracted from the experience.

mixed feelings about the stay
small room overpriced stay
the room felt quite small for the price i paid it was a premium double room. the lounge seemed more like a waiting area than a place to relax also breakfast was served in a small café style space. i was unable to access the roof terrace that i saw in photos i think the hotel is overpriced considering these issues.

helpful information great location high temperature air conditioning
the hotel has a great location near the grand canal it is close to water transportation the staff provided helpful information about the area when i arrived.
the air conditioning did not work well in the room the temperature was still high i also heard someone screaming in the corridor for hours during the night.
